Drinking game cards
Every card that turns a music game into a drinking game.
100 assignments
Everyone drinks except you.
Two truths one lie. Anyone who guesses wrong drinks.
Bomb. Finish your drink and skip your next turn. Yes, that was your turn.
A drinking card looks identical to every other card in the deck. Nobody sees it coming. Somebody scans, expects a song, and instead the phone hands out a rule, a countdown or a bottle spin. That surprise is the whole point, and it is why these work better than a printed drinking game where you can read the next card over someone shoulder.
The hundred assignments here are not a hundred ways to say drink. Roughly a quarter are straight sips and shots. The rest are rules that run for the whole night, group games like waterfall and never have I ever, races against a countdown, and bets where a card is on the line instead of a drink. A drinking night that is only sips gets boring by card twenty.
Every single one can be refused. The phone always shows a pass option, and the drinking assignments carry a non-alcoholic way out, because somebody driving home should still be able to play the same deck as everyone else.
How the drinking cards work
- 01 Shuffle them into your deck. The QR side is identical, so a drinking card is invisible until it is scanned.
- 02 Scan as normal. Instead of a song, the phone reads out the rule and runs any countdown or bottle spin it needs.
- 03 Resolve it, then draw again. A party card has no year, so it is not your turn used up.

FAQ
- Do I need alcohol to play these?
- No. Every drinking assignment has a stated alternative, and if you tell the app the table is not drinking, it never deals them at all.
- How many drinking cards do I get?
- You choose 5, 10 or 20 percent extra cards on top of your pack. On a 200 card pack that is 10, 20 or 40 extra cards.
- Can I mix drinking cards with the other categories?
- Yes. Bonus cards on a normal pack let the group pick which categories are in play, per party, without reprinting anything.
- Is the same card the same every time?
- No. The assignment is drawn on the phone when you scan, so one physical deck plays differently every night.
